Mercury retrograde

Mercury goes retrograde for about three weeks every four months. We can expect this to happen three times a year. During this period, it seems like it is traveling backward on its orbit, as observed from the Earth. This is just an illusion, however, that's why they refer to it as apparent retrograde motion.

You can expect delays and frustration when Mercury goes retrograde. According to some people, during this time everything you do tends to backfire and it's advised to avoid signing contracts and making important decisions while Mercury is retrograde. Household appliances tend to time going broke for this period.

On the other hand, this is an excellent time to revise the previous period, reflect on the past and let go of everything that doesn't serve you anymore. The key is to be flexible when Mercury is in retrograde motion, plan more time for activities than you think it would be necessary. Make sure to double-check everything important you do and make plan B.
